The Polish version of these terms prevails in case of discrepancies.
§ 1. Service provider

§ 2. Services
We provide two electronic services free of charge:
- access to content about Aminer’s business,
- a contact form for sending us a message.
§ 3. Technical requirements
You need a device with internet access and an up-to-date browser. The contact form requires JavaScript. The website is available only over encrypted HTTPS.
§ 4. Conclusion and termination
The agreement to access content is concluded when you open the website and ends when you leave it. The agreement for the form service is concluded when you send a message and expires once it is delivered.
§ 5. Rules of use
You may not provide unlawful content, including sending malware or unsolicited commercial communications through the form, or take actions that disrupt the website.
§ 6. Risks of using the internet
Using electronic services carries the risk of malware and phishing. Aminer never asks for passwords or login details. Before entering any data, check that you are on aminer.pl.
§ 7. Content
Website content is for information only and is not an offer within the meaning of Art. 66 of the Polish Civil Code. Rights to the texts, graphics and logo belong to Aminer sp. z o.o.. The Archivo typeface is used under the SIL Open Font License.
§ 8. Complaints
Send complaints about the website to kontakt@aminer.pl, describing the problem and giving an address for our reply. We will handle a complaint within 14 days of receiving it.
§ 9. Personal data
Personal data processing is described in the privacy policy.
§ 10. Final provisions
These terms apply from 18 October 2026. We announce changes on this page. Polish law governs agreements concluded through the website. These terms do not limit consumer rights under mandatory provisions of law.
